Our Refund Policy

Donations:
We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every dollar is put to work helping others quickly. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to serve those that so bravely serve us. Because the American Warrior Association puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations.

Purchased Goods:
The American Warrior Association may offer, from time to time, goods to purchase where a percent of the goods purchased will go to help support the Association's efforts. In such cases, good that are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, you will be able to request a refund. These goods will be clearly marked as such and will be considered purchased goods and will not be considered as a donation or eligible for a tax deduction.

Purchased Event Tickets:
The American Warrior Association may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising events where a percentage of the event donation will go to help support the Association's efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to serve those that so bravely serve us. Because the American Warrior Association puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made for events. The ticket/s may be transferred to another designated attendee. Please notify the American Warrior Association of this transfer at anna@awa-usa.org.

Please Note: Refunds or exchanges will not be offered on items that have been damaged or worn.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
